SUPERCRITICAL CARBON DIOXIDE EXTRACTION

Extraction of apolar components is achieved by bringing carbon dioxide to supercritical conditions. In this system operating at 300 bar pressure and 30-70 oC temperature, oils and essences such as black cumin, sunflower seed, pumpkin seed, apricot seed, thyme, rosemary, cantoran and rose oil are extracted.
