Proton Kimya is an R&D company that offers its knowledge and experience in the fields of Chemical Engineering and Environmental Engineering to the service of the industry in order to recycle wastes to our economy and to make products with high added value. In line with its vision, it offers solutions in the following areas.
WHAT WE DO
Five core R&D capabilities.
Waste Recovery
Activities for transforming wastes into their components or generating energy through physical and/or chemical processes. For example, recovery of waste solid materials, recycling of waste oils, disposal of hazardous wastes.
Nano Synthesis
Activities for the synthesis of products in nano-grain size, modification of surface area and reaction with special chemicals to make them of high added value.
Reactor Manufacturing
Manufacture of special glass or teflon-coated titanium or stainless steel reactors for high temperature, high acidity processes; manufacture of 3-axis robots, activities for the manufacture of camera-operated smart machines and robots
Dust Control Systems
Activities for the production of specially designed new generation pulverized dust control system to prevent environmental pollution
Process Simulation
Simulation of chemical processes with Aspen Plus software, material-energy balancing, investment and business feasibility studies. Proton R&D prepares application files for KOSGEB's R&D and innovation program and Industrial support programs and Tübitak TEYDEB grant programs in order to carry out the above-mentioned activities on behalf of its customers. Thus, it is aimed to improve the R&D infrastructure of SMEs and to help them carry out R&D activities with government support in areas where they do not have experience.
