Proton chemistry is a R&D company specialized in transferring its knowledge and experience in chemical and environmental engineering to industry by reutilizating wastes and producing value added products. In line with its vision, we offer solutions in the following areas.
- Conversion of wastes into products through physical and / or chemical processes or energy production activities. For example, recovery of waste solid materials, waste oil recycling, disposal of hazardous wastes.
- Synthesis of nano sized products, modifying particle surface, reaction with special chemicals and activities to produce value added products.
-Manufacturing of special glass or teflon coated reactors for high temperature and acidic processes, 3 axis robot production, camera-operated intelligent machines and robots.
- Activities to manufacture a new generation pulverized dust control system specially designed to prevent environmental pollution.
- Simulation of chemical processes with Aspen Plus software, material--energy balance calvulations, investment and operation feasibility.
Proton R&D applies to KOSGEB R&D and innovation and Industrial support and Tübitak TEYDEB incentive programs for his customers to maintain activities. Thus we are aiming to support R&D activities for SME's to construct and strengthen their R&D activities and to consult on inexperienced topics by Turkish government incentives.
